Individualized Programming
1x/week: $160/month
2x/week: $220/month
3x/week: $270/month
4x/week: $310/month
5+x/week: $345/month
Our individualized programming is tailored specifically to your unique needs as an athlete. Every program is carefully designed with your sport, goals, areas for improvement, injury history, and more in mind.
Each tier reflects the level of specialization you’re looking for. For example, an athlete focused on a very specific goal like improving leg power for a higher vertical jump might only need a 1x/week program. On the other hand, someone entering their offseason and looking for a comprehensive, all encompassing training plan might benefit more from a 4–5x/week program.
No matter how many days per week you choose to train, every tier includes full access to our gym during operating hours. This allows you to continue with general lifting or supplementary workouts you enjoy—meaning you won’t need a separate commercial gym membership or an additional coach. It’s all included in one package.
Group Programming (3+ people)
1x/week: $120/month
2x/week: $180/month
3x/week: $230/month
4x/week: $ 270/month
5+x/week: $305/month
Group programming differs slightly from individualized programming. While both are built on the latest sports science to enhance performance, group programs are naturally more generalized to accommodate multiple athletes—each with their own unique skill sets, strengths, and areas for improvement.
That said, group programming is a cost-effective option for athletes who want to train alongside teammates with similar goals. It’s especially beneficial for those who enjoy the motivation and accountability that comes from working together toward shared objectives week after week.

Specialty Training
Specialty training is for large groups or sport teams. The pricing possibilities will be discussed in person and will be more unique based on how many athletes there are and how many sessions they need.
